9. Store Credit Policy
 

Store credits issued by PATHEPLUG are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. Store credits are granted based on the item(s) and not the price point, allowing customers to receive the same style, a different color, or size if available. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
 

Legal Disclaimer: PATHEPLUG reserves the right to determine the eligibility of items for store credit. Misuse or fraudulent activities related to store credits may result in their cancellation without notice.
 

10. Shipping Policy
 

PATHEPLUG offers domestic shipping options through USPS and international shipping through DHL or FedEx. Processing times range from 1-14 business days. Customers can expect a tracking number after processing times are completed. Delivery times vary based on location.
 

Insurance Disclaimer: Customers have the option to purchase shipping insurance for additional protection. PATHEPLUG is not liable for lost packages unless insurance is purchased. If insurance is purchased, PATHEPLUG will assist in filing a claim.
 

11. Lost Package Policy
 

PATHEPLUG is not liable for packages lost in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier unless shipping insurance was purchased. If insurance is purchased and a package is lost, customers must contact PATHEPLUG immediately to initiate a claim.
 

Legal Disclaimer: Claims for lost packages must be filed within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Failure to report within this timeframe may forfeit any claim for compensation.
 

12. Return Policy
 

All sales are final; no refunds are offered. Store credit will be issued if a return is approved based on specific circumstances outlined in our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for non-defective exchanges and must comply with specified timelines to avoid forfeiture of the order.

13. Defective Items Policy
 

If an item is believed to be defective, customers must contact PATHEPLUG within 30 days of purchase. Packages damaged during shipping will not be considered defective. PATHEPLUG reserves the right to assess and determine whether an item qualifies for an exchange or store credit.
 

Inspection Disclaimer: PATHEPLUG has a thorough inspection process, and all claims are reviewed by our quality control team. If a return is not approved as defective, customers must cover the cost of reshipping. Customers have 14 days to pay for the reshipping cost, or the order will be forfeited.
